The second annual Water Street Festival in Kerrville, Texas, is a celebration of art, music, heritage and local culture, set to take place in the heart of downtown. The Festival is designed to bring people together and activate the historic Main Street District.
This exciting FREE event will feature live performances, interactive art, artisan vendors, food and drinks, all highlighting the creativity and spirit of Kerrville. With a focus on community engagement, the Festival will showcase local business and offer hands-on activities for attendees of all ages.

Parking + Street Closures
Water Street and portions of Historic Downtown Kerrville will be closed for the festival. FREE parking will be available in the downtown parking garage and along surrounding streets. Reserved ADA parking, designated vendor loading areas, and parking accommodations for downtown business owners and employees will also be available.
Kids Zone
A festival within the festival made just for kids! Stop by for free, family-friendly activities designed for kids of all ages.
Face painting, balloon twisters, games + crafts, Kerr Kids, kid-friendly vendors + more!
